My Little Guy...

O and I spent hours playing this morning...(nothing new there...ha!)...but THIS morning he was especially cute and adorable...

He was extra gentle with Pookie, UNTIL he pulled her tail and made her squeal!...He looked at me and said, "Mama upset?"..."Yes", I replied, "Mama is upset. Mama loves Pookie very much and gets sad when Pookie is hurt"...so he then looks at me and says, "Owen loves Pookie a lot...don't be upset Mama!"...How am I ever going to instill any discipline on this child when he makes comments like that...which make me laugh...which must not communicate to Owen the seriousness of the matter at hand! WE DO NOT PULL POOKIE'S TAIL...EVER!

This parenting thing is hard...but oh so fun!

Every Friday we have Kindermusik around noon...and either before or after, we've been going to the coffee shop next door where O has a pretty big oatmeal raisin cookie! He sits in his chair, and enjoys his treat while his mother or father just stare at him in his cuteness!

We had a great morning at the park today...we fed ducks 3 loaves of bread...we swang on the big swing...we chased animals, pet a dog and climbed our first tree! PHEW!

Halloween...A Little Late....

For Halloween, I made my almost best attempt at an airplane costume! He loved wearing it around the house...but for the pre-school Halloween fete, he wore it long enough for me to get a few pics!

On the Eve of Halloween, he was happy to open the door and beat everyone to "TRICK OR TREAT!"...too cute! We didn't venture out this year, but will the next one...I'm already thinking about next year's costume...would it be horrid if it was something political as we'll be so close to election time??? HOW SCARY!

An Adventure....

This morning as we were eating breakfast, we decided to hit the road and have an adventure!!! So we got ready and headed NE, to Mt. Spokane. We drove for a while...and suddenly we found ourselves in the clouds! It was really beautiful...and O kept saying, "Going on adventure!"...(Yes, he is still alive...)
