Sleeping Beauty...

Pictures sometimes don't capture the cuteness...I took a few photos of him sleeping this day...and shortly thereafter, Joe came home, grabbed the camera and took some more...made me laugh...

Fowl Play...

Parks...

One of my favorite things about Spokane is it's parks...and although we've hit just a few of the many, it's been a daily jaunt!

Hanging Out With Dad...

A Favorite Spot...

Reading...

I love how he reads...with his little legs crossed...he's unbearable....really....

With Angelique...(No Mone)...

Angelique would on occasion, bring her adorable daughter Simone over when she played with O...and whenever I'd say, "You know who's coming to play with you today??? Angelique!", O would say, "Mone? Mone?"...without fail, one of O's favorite people on this planet is Mone.

Count them...there are 5...Moose, Pooh, Polar Bear, Tiger and Mousey...

At The Park...

Yesterday O and I went to the park for a little while. There was a cute little boy who was riding in his tricycle, and O was immediately drawn to it...The little boy asked O if he wanted to try it and O did! Too cute!

O and Mama...

Where's O?

Tonight after getting you almost ready for bed, we watched a couple of animal videos on youtube...you love animals...at one point a tiger appeared, so you hopped off my lap and ran to your room to get your tiger, which you held mightily for the duration of the clip...then you laid your head down on top of Mousey and I proceeded to kiss your neck...you yawned and giggled at the same time.
We headed upstairs at 8, I was under the false impression you would be out momentarily, but alas, you had other plans...you played in bed...with your blanket, with Mousey, Tiger and the new addition, Polar Bear...you pointed and correctly named most of the features of my face, then the ceiling, the wall and the lights...Now it was probably 8:45...I didn't actually know the time because I was pretending to be asleep, as if sleep were passed by osmosis...
Then you turned over and began chanting the following, "Dirt. Dirt, dirt. Toes. Close. Close, close. Clothes. Toes. Close, Closed. Tiger. Mousey. Dirt." I realized then we were in for a long night.

Freedom!!!!

This morning O and I headed out to Palisades Park, where we pretty much had the place to ourselves...as soon as we hit the grass, O took off running..He is such a piglet...he looks so tiny in this picture.

Then we headed to the play station (I don't know what's it's really called), and he played lots. This picture shows him all grumpy, but he had a blast...I just had to post the picture because I thought he looked adorable!
Really.

O in the Jungle...

Note to self: Time to get rid of those pants! Good grief!!!!

Who's Cuter???

Play-doooooo

Yesterday we ventured out to the toy store and got O some Play-dough...I know...many toddlers are allowed to play with this stuff at a much earlier age, but then again, they don't have me for a mom...Ha! Ok...so I thought that since he was sick, I could give this gooo a try...(I was not too enthusiastic, to tell the truth...)...and guess what? I loved it! Look at what I made...all by myself!!!

Oh...and O loved it too!
